We are seeking a talented and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing top-tier talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at finding niche skill sets, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management (Desirable but not essential):
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for designated client accounts.
- Conduct intake and job qualification calls independently.
- Effectively manage client communication and the recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and talent strategies.
Sourcing & Recruitment (Essential):
- Source candidates for niche and in-demand positions, delivering high-quality, Grade A talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Candidate engagement
- Process management
- Closing and offer negotiations
- Ensure adherence to LHi's recruitment processes, standards, and ways of working.
Expectations:
- Expected to spend 10-20 hours per week on the phone with candidates and possibly clients.
- Expected to call and deeply qualify candidates, ask questions to vet their experience and understand their career goals.
- Expected to build strong relationships with candidates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-find skill sets.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Adaptability to learn and implement [Company Name]’s methods and standards.
- Previous experience managing client accounts and acting as the POC (preferred but not required).
