Position: Sales Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, client management, and administrative support in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support client management and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Update customer databases and track business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Coordinate schedules and set up client meetings.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure business objectives are met.
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Conversational English (preferred).
