About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, client management, and administrative support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support client management and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Update customer databases and track business opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Coordinate schedules and set up client meetings.
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Conversational English (preferred).
