Remote Team Solutions, a leading staffing solutions company, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the company's financial and accounting operations. This key position is responsible for ensuring compliance with tax obligations in Mexico and the United States, managing budgets, and generating accurate financial reports.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's budget control and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage and review exchange rates for international operations.
- Coordinate accounting firms in Mexico and the United States, ensuring compliance with tax obligations in both countries.
- Prepare and present annual budgets and monthly financial reports.
- Implement and oversee the use of tools such as ERPs (Zoho) for efficient financial management.
- Lead and motivate a team of two accounting analysts to achieve departmental objectives.
- Work directly with the CEO to develop short- and long-term financial strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years as a Coordinator in a financial or accounting department.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange (FX) is desirable.
- Languages: Bilingual (Spanish and English) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, honest, adaptable, and responsible.
Conditions & Benefits
- Salary Range: $20,000 - $30,000 MXN per month (net).
- Quarterly bonuses starting from the sixth month.
